From Concept to App Store in Record Time

Architected and delivered an entire greentech platform from concept to App Store submission, including serverless AWS backend, React Native mobile apps, and AI-powered go-to-market automation.

The Challenge

GreenPerks had a clear mission: drive employee engagement and sustainability across the UK. They needed an entire technology platform built from scratch, covering web, iOS, and Android, with the performance and reliability that enterprise clients expect. Beyond the product itself, they needed a go-to-market engine that could source perks from affiliate partners, personalise outreach at scale, and get the platform in front of the right companies.

What We Delivered

We architected and built the entire platform over three years, from first line of code to App Store submission.

The backend runs on a serverless AWS architecture using Lambda, TypeScript, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and Postgres. Infrastructure was deployed using SST on Pulumi with secure CI/CD automation. This gave GreenPerks a platform that scales without infrastructure overhead.

For the mobile apps, we built production-grade iOS and Android applications using React Native, Expo, and React Query. Both passed App Store review without issue. The web platform was delivered on Next.js with ShadCN UI, giving internal teams and end users a polished, modern experience.

Where things got particularly interesting was the AI-powered go-to-market strategy. We built automation workflows using AI agents and N8N that handled multi-channel outreach, personalising content and integrating directly with the CRM. Contact data was augmented from tools like Apollo AI and enriched before personalised content was generated and distributed.

Employee perks were sourced from affiliate companies and automated through API lookups with an agentic review of company details and offers at scale. Perk descriptions, images, and supporting content were generated through AI using OpenRouter, Claude, and OpenAI models, then loaded directly into the Umbraco CMS. What would have taken a team of content editors months was delivered in days.
